Abstract

Kerja sama merupakan salah satu aspek yang menunjang pembelajaran di kelas. Hal tersebut nampak dalam diskusi kelompok yang merupakan keterlibatan siswa dengan melakukan semua kegiatan untuk kepentingan bersama dalam mencapai tujuan yang sama. Masalah dari penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil observasi dari guru mentor dan peneliti, serta hasil refleksi dari peneliti yang menyatakan kurangnya kerja sama siswa dalam diskusi kelompok. Oleh karena itu peneliti menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dalam meningkatkan kerja sama siswa. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Pelton pada 12 September 2018 sampai 11 Oktober 2018 dengan melaksanakan tahap identifikasi masalah, pembelajaran I, dan pembelajaran II di kelas IV-A SDK Ora et Labora Tangerang dengan jumlah siswa 26 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data variabel masalah dan variabel tindakan yang digunakan adalah RPP, umpan balik mentor, observational checklist, dan jurnal refleksi. Berdasarkan analisis instrumen pengumpulan data, kerja sama siswa kelas IV-A SDK Ora et Labora Tangerang terjadi peningkatan dari tahap identifikasi masalah, pembelajaran I, dan pembelajaran II, yaitu: indikator KJ-3 sebesar 100%, indikator KJ-5 sebesar 92,3%, indikator KJ-6 sebesar 92,3%. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dalam meningkatkan kerja sama siswa sudah dilakukan dengan baik berdasarkan langkah-langkahnya./ Cooperation is one aspect that supports classroom learning. This can be seen in group discussion which are the involvement of students by carrying out all activities for the common interest in achieving the same goals. The problem of this research is based on the results of observations from teacher mentors and researchers, as well as the results of reflections from researchers who stated the lack of cooperation between students in group discussions. Therefore the researcher applies Think Pair Share (TPS) type cooperative learning to improve student cooperation. The study was conducted based on Pelton's Classroom Action Research (CAR) on September 12, 2018 to October 11, 2018, by implementing the problem identification phase, learning I, and learning II in class IV-A SDK Ora et Labora Tangerang with a total of 26 students. The instrument for problem variable data collection and the action variables used are RPP, mentor feedback, observational checklist, and reflection journals. Based on the analysis of the data collection instruments, the collaboration of students of class IV-A SDK Ora et Labora Tangerang increased from the problem identification stage, learning I, and learning II, namely: KJ-3 indicator is 100%, KJ�5 indicator is 92.3%, KJ-6 indicator is 92.3%. The Cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) type of learning model in improving student cooperation has been done well based on the steps.
