Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor kepercayaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap, dan niat perilaku berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada sistem manajemen pembelajaran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi penggunaan model baru dengan referensi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel diambil dengan menentukan kriteria khusus (responden merupakan mahasiswa S1 jurusan manajemen di UPH dan pernah menggunakan sistem manajemen pembelajaran) yang sanggup mewakili populasi penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang telah disebarkan secara online, pembagian kuesioner dilakukan kepada 210 responden yang menggunakan sistem manajemen pembelajaran (learn.uph.edu) Universitas Pelita Harapan. Untuk skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert 5 poin, dengan nilai 1 memiliki arti sangat tidak setuju sampai 5 memiliki arti sangat setuju. Untuk menguji hipotesis, validitas, serta reliabilitas pada kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 210 responden, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepercayaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap, dan niat perilaku berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada sistem manajemen pembelajaran Universitas Pelita Harapan./The purpose of this research is to determine how factors of trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and behavioral intention influence student satisfaction with the learning management system at Universitas Pelita Harapan. This study adopts a new model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, where respondents are selected based on specific criteria (The respondents are undergraduate students majoring in Management at UPH and have previously used the learning management system.). These respondents are considered representative of the research population. Data for this study were collected using an online questionnaire in the form of a Google Form, which was distributed to 210 respondents who have used the learning management system (learn.uph.edu) at Universitas Pelita Harapan. A 5-point Likert scale was used for measurement, with a value of 1 indicating strongly disagree and 5 indicating strongly agree. To test the hypotheses, validity, and reliability of the questionnaire distributed to the 210 respondents, the research utilized the SmartPLS program version 4.0.9.2. Based on the data analysis results, it is revealed that the factors of trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and behavioral intention have a positive influence on student satisfaction with the learning management system at Universitas Pelita Harapan.
