Abstract

Konstruksi memegang peranan penting terhadap perkembangan perekonomian sebab kontruksi berkaitan dengan penyediaan infrastuktur bagi masyarakat sehingga dalam mewujudkan sebuah perusahaan yang berkualitas dan berkompeten, dibutuhkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di dalam sebuah perusahaan. PT. Etika Darmakonserens adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor, pertambangan batu bara dan penyedia bahan konstruksi yang telah mengerjakan beberapa proyek swasta maupun nasional. Untuk dapat bertahan dalam persaingan ini, PT. Etika Darmakonserens perlu untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Keadilan Prosedural terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menambah khasanah ilmu pengetahuan di bidang manajemen khususnya seberapa besar pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja sehingga meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan dari PT. Etika Darmakonserens. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 57 responden dengan karakteristik responden pria dan wanita yang memiliki pendidikan dari SMA hingga S2 dan memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih dari 1 tahun di PT. Etika Darmakonserens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keadilan Prosedural berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.544; Keadilan Prosedural berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.413; Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.418; Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.311 / Construction plays an important role to the economy development because the construction associated with the provision of infrastructure for the community so in creating a qualified and competent, company needed human resources management within a company. PT. Etika Darmakonserens is one of the companies engaged in the field of contractors, coal mining and construction materials providers who have worked on several private and national projects. To survive in this competition, PT. Etika Darmakonserens need to improve Employee Performance. This study aims to determine how the influence of Procedural Justice on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction. The expected benefit of this research is to increase management knowledge, especially how big the influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction so as to improve Employee Performance that will ultimately improve Employee Performance of PT. Etika Darmakonserens. This research is a causal research. The research method used is quantitative method with data processing using SPSS. Data collection was done by spreading questionnaire to 57 respondents with characteristic of male and female respondents who have education from high school to S2 and have work experience more than 1 year in PT. Etika Darmakonserens. The results showed that Procedural Justice significantly influence Organizational Commitment with regression coefficient of 0.544; Procedural Justice has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.413; Organizational Commitment significantly influence Employee Performance with regression coefficient of 0.418; Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Employee Performance with regression coefficient of 0.311
