Abstract

The writing of this scientific work discusses the existence of the right to maternity leave for male workers according to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Where is still the lack of rules or provisions regarding the rights of wives to give birth to male workers in the Manpower Law. It should be the number of days of leave due to wife giving birth for male workers should be the same. between civil servants and private employees is the same.
