Abstract

Industri kelapa sawit memberikan subangsih yang cukup tinggi pada total ekspor non-migas di Indonesia, begitu juga terhadap pendapatan domestik bruto setiap tahunnya. Kinerja perusahaan pada industri sawit cukup penting untuk diperhatikan, dimana sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang penting untuk menjalankan perusahaan Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari Beban Kerja, Supervisor Abusive, Komitmen organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap minat untuk keluar pada salah satu perusahaan di sektor industri sawit. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 104 karyawan yang bekerja di PT XYZ. Teknik analisa menggunakan Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) dengan program Smart-PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima, Beban Kerja dan Supervisor Abusive memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat untuk keluar, sedangkan Komitmen organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap minat untuk keluar. / The palm oil industry contributes reasonably highly to total non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia and to gross domestic product each year. Company performance in the palm oil industry is essential, where human resources are an important factor in maintaining the company's sustainability. This study examines the effect of workload, supervisor abuse, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the intention to leave palm oil companies. The Research was conducted on 104 employees who worked at PT XYZ. The analysis technique uses Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the Smart-PLS version 3 program. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted, workload and Abusive Supervisors have a positive influence on intention to leave, while Organizational commitment and Job satisfaction have a negative effect on intention to leave. go out.
