Abstract

When we make purchases as consumers, we normally expect the highest product quality that meets our needs and reach satisfaction. The company should be able to provide good products that are accepted and acceptable in the market. The company may influence consumer satisfaction by enhancing its own strategy for advertising new products, beginning with attractive products, quality, and price that cannot be purchased from another company. Customer is the one who delivers profit for the company and guarantees its ongoing success. To persuade customers to buy from the company, the company has to consider several factors that could affect the customer’s satisfied. Food quality and price are significant variables in managing a business, and one of the variables that cannot be separated in the food and beverage sector is price. Meanwhile, food quality Meanwhile, food quality is a level of consistency in a recipe related to overall by defining a product standard and also evaluating the data that must be maintained to ensure that the requirement is achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of food quality and pricing on customer satisfaction at D'Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. This study employs the quantitative, descriptive, and causal methods of research, with a sample of 97 respondents collected through a convenient sampling method when collecting data due to not specified number of populations at D'Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. All of the hypothesis are accepted as a result of the research. It indicates that food quality and price have both had an influence on customer satisfaction at D'Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. / Saat kita melakukan pembelian sebagai konsumen, biasanya kita mengharapkan kualitas produk tertinggi yang memenuhi kebutuhan kita dan mencapai kepuasan. Perusahaan harus mampu menyediakan produk yang baik yang dapat diterima dan diterima di pasar. Perusahaan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dengan meningkatkan strateginya sendiri untuk mengiklankan produk baru, dimulai dengan produk yang menarik, kualitas, dan harga yang tidak dapat dibeli dari perusahaan lain. Pelanggan adalah orang yang memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan dan menjamin kesuksesannya yang berkelanjutan. Untuk membujuk pelanggan agar membeli dari perusahaan, perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas dan harga makanan merupakan variabel yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan suatu usaha, dan salah satu variabel yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam sektor makanan dan minuman adalah harga. Sementara itu, kualitas makanan Sementara itu, kualitas makanan adalah tingkat konsistensi suatu resep yang berkaitan dengan keseluruhan dengan menetapkan suatu standar produk serta mengevaluasi data yang harus dipertahankan untuk memastikan bahwa persyaratan tersebut tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di D’Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, dan kausal, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui metode convenience sampling pada saat pengumpulan data dikarenakan jumlah populasi yang tidak ditentukan di D'Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. Semua hipotesis diterima sebagai hasil penelitian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas makanan dan harga sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di D'Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan.
