Abstract

Digitalisasi yang terjadi pada era ini mendorong teknologi semakin berkembang dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Masuknya teknologi memberi perubahan secara fundamental dalam berbagai hal, tidak terkecuali industri keuangan yang kemudian menciptakan financial technology atau fintech. Fintech adalah alternatif sistem keuangan yang bekerja dengan bantuan teknologi. Banyaknya jenis fintech yang beredar di masyarakat membuat penelitian tentang penerimaan terhadap teknologi ini menjadi area yang cukup besar. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat dalam menggunakan SPayLater di Indonesia sebagai salah satu fintech berjenis P2P Lending yang populer saat ini. Faktor-faktor tersebut merupakan variabel yang diperoleh dari teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang banyak digunakan dalam penelitian tentang penerimaan suatu sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian desktiptif dengan pendekatan inferensial. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 161 responden. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel-variabel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini memengaruhi niat dalam menggunakan SPayLater di Indonesia. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah dapat menggunakan variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian terhadap layanan fintceh berjenis lending lainnya, untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari implikasi setiap variabel. Kata kunci: fintech, P2P lending, TAM / Digitalization that occurs in this era encourages technology to develop in various aspects of life. The entry of technology has fundamentally changed in many ways, including the financial industry, which then created financial technology or fintech. Fintech is an alternative financial system that works with the help of technology. There are many types of fintech circulating in society. It makes the research on acceptance of fintech is a fairly large area. Therefore this study aims to determine the factors that affect the intention to use SPayLater in Indonesia as one of the most popular P2P Lending today. The factors used in this research are obtained from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory which is widely used in research on the acceptance of a system. The research method used is descriptive research with an inferential approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and produced 161 respondents. Furthermore, the data obtained was analyzed using PLS SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables selected in this study affect the intention to use SPayLater in Indonesia. Suggestions for further research are to be able to use the variables used in research on other types of lending fintech services, to find out the differences in the implications of each variable.
