Abstract

Saat ini, sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan atau industri. Perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu mengubah sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih produktif dan inovatif serta adaptif di setiap generasi. Hal tersebut dibutuhkan agar sumber daya manusia mampu bersaing di era revolusi industry 4.0. Pada era revolusi industry 4.0 ini sumber daya manusia di sebuah perusahaan mampu mengubah suatu tantangan menjadi peluang dalam keberhasilan perusahaan. Namun, perusahaan-perusahaan yang sudah menggunakan teknologi baru, sudah merasakan dampak pada proses bisnis dan sumber daya manusia mereka. Saat ini kualifikasi dan spesifikasi sumber daya manusia di perlukan sebuah peningkatan. Hal tersebut juga dirasakan oleh Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sikap yang akan dilakukan oleh manajemen dalam menghadapi perkembangan dari industry 4.0, memahami dampak industry 4.0 yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan sumber daya manusia serta bagaimana mereka meningkatkan kualifikasi yang sesuai dengan apa yang mereka butuhkan di Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Kualitatif deskriptif didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci serta observasi pada Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. Kuantitatif deskriptif di dapatkan dari hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh staff dari Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. Hasil dari penelitian setelah melakukan wawancara serta menyebar kuesioner adalah Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci tetap membutuhkan sumber daya manusia di dalam proses bisnis mereka, karena Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci merupakan Hotel yang mengedepankan keramah-tamahan kepada tamu. Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci sudah sesuai dengan staff-staff yang saat ini bekerja di Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci, dimana dari hasil survey di dapatkan bahwa mereka tertarik dengan perkembangan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan memiliki keinginan untuk mengetahui serta mempelajari perkembangan Revolusi Industri 4.0 / Currently, human resources are an important factor in the success of a company or industry. Companies are required to be able to change human resources to be more productive and innovative and adaptive in every generation. This is needed so that human resources are able to compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, human resources in a company can turn a challenge into an opportunity in the company's success. However, companies that are already using new technology, are already feeling the impact on their business processes and human resources. Currently the qualifications and specifications of human resources need an increase. This is also felt by Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the attitude that will be taken by management in dealing with developments from industry 4.0, understand the impact of industry 4.0 which can affect the development of human resources and how they improve qualifications according to what they need in hotels Aryaduta Karawaci. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. Descriptive qualitative was obtained from interviews with Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci and observations at Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. Descriptive quantitative obtained from the results of a survey conducted by staff from Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci. The results of the research after conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires are that Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci still needs human resources in their business processes, because Hotel Aryaduta Karawaci is a hotel that prioritizes hospitality to guests. The qualifications required by the Aryaduta Karawaci Hotel are in accordance with the staff currently working at the Aryaduta Karawaci Hotel, where from the survey results it was found that they were interested in the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and had a desire to know and learn about the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0
