Abstract

Perusahaan Starbucks merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang food and beverage. Starbucks merupakan kedai kopi yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat yang awalnya hanya sebagai toko jual beli kopi. Namun sekarang Starbucks merupakan café yang digunakan oleh masyarakat menjadi tempat bersantai sambil mengkonsumsi Kopi maupun makanan. Perusahaan Starbucks sudah dikenal oleh seluruh masyarakat di dunia hingga melakukan ekspansi toko ke seluruh dunia yang telah memiliki cabang sebanyak 79 di dunia. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Sofware Amos 24.0 untuk membantu proses pengolahan data Primer dari 180 pelanggan yang mengkonsumsi Starbucks Royal Residence di Surabaya yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik Snowball Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa menciptakan Customer Loyalty dari konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali adalah dengan dipengaruhi oleh Physical Environtment, Interior Shop & Layout, Interaction with Staff, Interaction with other Customer, Merchandise Value, Merchandise Variety,Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction. Sedangkan Variabel yang paling berpengaruh signifikan dalam menciptakan kesetiaan pelanggan adalah semua variabel namun terapat beberapa variabel yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.
