Abstract

Pelayanan kefarmasian adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk melakukan identifikasi, pencegahan dan penyelesaian masalah yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan dan obat- obatan. Standar pelayanan kefarmasian salah satunya berhubungan dengan waktu tunggu. Tuntutan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi pada pelayanan yang lebih baik dan untuk tujuan memenuhi Indikator Mutu Prioritas ( IMP) Rumah Sakit Swasta X yaitu angka kepuasan pasien ≥67 persen dan Key Perfomance Indicator untuk waktu tunggu ≤15 menit, maka dikembangkan sistem antrian dari secara manual menjadi otomatis yaitu single queue. Sistem ini merupakan layanan satu jalur atau satu nomor antrian untuk seluruh tahapan pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Swasta X. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui rata–rata waktu tunggu pelayanan setelah penggunaan single queue dan faktor yang mempengaruhi lamanya waktu tunggu obat jadi di Rumah Sakit Swasta X di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei non eksperimental yang dilakukan secara prospektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan pengamatan jumlah waktu tunggu obat jadi pelayanan resep rawat jalan yang dicatat pada Case Report Form (CRF) dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Hasil rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat jadi dengan pembayaran pribadi yaitu 10 menit 41 detik. Hasil penelitian sudah sesuai dengan Indikator Mutu Prioritas (IMP) rumah sakit yaitu ≤ 15 menit. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan lamanya waktu tunggu adalah kekosongan obat, permintaan ke gudang lain, konfirmasi resep ke dokter, administrasi bermasalah, sistem mengalami gangguan, pasien berobat ke dokter lain dan pembatalan obat waktu penyerahan./Pharmaceutical services are activities carried out to identify, prevent and solve problems related to health and medicine. One of the pharmaceutical service standards is related to waiting time. The increasing demands of the community on better services and for the purpose of meeting the Priority Quality Indicator (IMP) of Private Hospital X namely patient satisfaction rate ≥67 percent and Key Performance Indicator for waiting time ≤15 minutes, then developed a queuing system from manual to automatic, namely single queue. This system is a one-line service or one queue number for all stages of health services at Private Hospital X. Therefore, this study aims to be able to determine the average waiting time for services after using a single queue and factors that affect the length of waiting time for finished drugs at Private Hospital X in Tangerang Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a non-experimental survey method conducted prospectively. The research was conducted with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The quantitative approach is carried out by observing the number of waiting times for drugs into outpatient prescription services recorded on the Case Report Form (CRF) and qualitative approaches by making direct observations in the field. The average waiting time for prescription services with private payments was 10 minutes 41 seconds. The results of the study are in accordance with the hospital's Priority Quality Indicators (IMP), which is ≤ 15 minutes. Some factors that cause long waiting times are drug vacancies, requests to other warehouses, confirmation of prescriptions to doctors, problematic administration, system problems, patients seeking treatment to other doctors and cancellation of drug delivery time.
