Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy,Entrepreneurial Motivation, dan Family Support yang dimediasi oleh Entrepreneurial Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention pada mahasiswa dikawasan Tangerang. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa jurusan bisnis dari perguruan tinggi dikawasan Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik pursposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dari aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, dan Family Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Education. Entrepreneurial Education tidak perngaruh terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Tetapi Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, dan Family Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, dan Family Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention yang dimediasi oleh Entrepreneurial Education./ This research aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, and Family Support mediated by Entrepreneurial Education on Entrepreneurial Intention among students in the Tangerang area. The subjects of this research were 200 respondents who were students majoring in business from universities in the Tangerang area. The research method used is quantitative research with sampling using pursive sampling technique. Data analysis used Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) from the SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. The results of this research show that Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, and Family Support have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Education. Entrepreneurial Education does not influence Entrepreneurial Intention. However, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, and Family Support have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation, and Family Support have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention which is mediated by Entrepreneurial Education.
