Abstract

Guru mempunyai peran esensial dalam suatu proses pembelajaran. Di tengah tantangan pendidikan yang semakin besar karakter siswa menjadi salah satu sorotan khususnya sikap disiplin siswa. Peran guru sebagai teladan merupakan suatu cara untuk mengembangkan sikap disiplin dalam diri siswa. Pendidikan Kristen diharapkan mampu mengerjakan pemulihan dalam diri siswa sehingga bisa semakin serupa dengan karakter Kristus. Penulisan proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran esensial guru sebagai teladan dalam pengembangan sikap disiplin siswa dan menjelaskan pentingnya memahami keteladanan seorang guru ditinjau dari sudut pandang etika Kristen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur dan ditemukan bahwa pengembangan sikap disiplin siswa dipengaruhi oleh peranan guru di dalam kelas setiap hari. Peran guru sebagai teladan perlu dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa. Keteladanan yang dapat diteladani oleh guru yaitu keteladanan Yesus ketika mengajar. Roh Kudus memberikan hikmat kepada guru untuk memberikan teladan yang baik dan benar bagi siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran terbentuk ketika konsep pembelajaran dapat diterima oleh siswa dan adanya proses berpikir yang mendalam untuk menerapkan pembelajaran yang diterima siswa. Pemahaman yang baik akan sikap disiplin akan menuntun siswa untuk memperoleh makna dan menghidupi sikap disiplin tersebut dan melakukannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari/Teachers have an essential role in the learning process. In the midst of greater educational challenges, student character is one of the attention, especially student discipline. The role of the teacher as a role model is a way to develop discipline in student. Christian education is expected to expected to be able to work on the restoration of students so that they can be more similar to the character of Christ. The writing of this final project aims to explain the essential role of the teacher as a role model in developing students' disciplinary attitude and to the importance of understanding a teacher's role model from the perspective of Christian ethics. The method used in this research is a literature review and it was found that the development of students' disciplinary attitudes is influenced by the teacher's role in the classroom every day. The role of the teacher as a role model needs to be to develop students' disciplinary attitudes. The example that can be exemplified by teachers is the example of Jesus when teaching. The Holy Spirit gives wisdom to teachers to set a good and right example for students. The conclusion of this research is the success of learning is formed when the concept of learning can be accepted by students and there is a deep students and there is a deep thought process to apply the learning that students receive. A good understanding of the attitude of discipline will lead students to gain meaning and live the attitude of discipline and do it in everyday life. Sikap disiplin merupakan hal yang penting diterapkan sejak usia dini, karena pada usia dini siswa mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Pengembangan disiplin yang dilakukan sejak dini dapat menjadi bekal yang kuat untuk semakin memiliki karakter positif lainnya. Di tengah tantangan pendidikan sikap disiplin siswa menjadi salah satu sorotan. Dalam pandangan Kristen masalah disiplin terjadi akibat kejatuhan manusia ke dalam dosa dan melakukan pemberontakan terhadap hukum Allah. Penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas menjadi penebusan bagi siswa agar mengalami pemulihan dari sikap tidak disiplin sehingga semakin serupa dengan Kristus. Peraturan dan prosedur ini hanyalah sebagai alat, untuk mengefektifkan pemulihan sikap disiplin siswa perlu adanya peran guru sehingga dapat memberikan teladan dan motivasi bagi siswa. Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas secara konsisten untuk mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa dan memaparkan dampak dari penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas. Penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas yang dilakukan secara konsisten membawa dampak positif yaitu siswa mengalami peningkatan sikap disiplin. Saran bagi penulis selanjutnya adalah melakukan kajian yang lebih mendalam mengenai konsistensi penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas, tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan apakah sikap disiplin itu sudah tertanam dan menjadi pembiasaan dalam diri siswa/Disciplinary attitude is important to be applied from an early age, because at an early age students experience very rapid development. Discipline development carried out early on can be a strong provision for increasingly having other positive characters. In the midst of educational challenges, student discipline has become one of the highlights. In the Christian view, discipline problems occur due to the fall of man into sin and rebellion against God's law. The application of classroom rules and procedures becomes redemption for students to experience recovery from undisciplined attitudes so that they are more like Christ. These rules and procedures are only a tool, to make the recovery of students' disciplinary attitudes effective, the role of the teacher is necessary so that it can provide examples and motivation for students. The purpose of writing this research is to explain the consistent application of classroom rules and procedures to develop students' disciplinary attitudes and explain the impact of the application of classroom rules and procedures. The writing of this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The consistent application of classroom rules and procedures has a positive impact, namely students experiencing an increase in disciplinary attitudes. The suggestion for the next author is to conduct a more in-depth study on the consistency of the application of classroom rules and procedures, this review aims to ascertain whether the attitude of discipline has been embedded and become a habit.
