Abstract

Pendidikan musik sebagai pendidikan informal berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Pendidikan musik informal memberikan pembelajaran kreatif dan fleksibel di luar sekolah. Lembaga pendidikan tersebut menggunakan pemasaran digital untuk menarik siswa. Perilaku electronic word of mouth (EWOM) dan pengaruhnya terhadap experience quality dalam pendidikan musik adalah inti dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menerapkan teori Sheth tentang perceived value, dan ditambahkan penemuan baru yaitu inspirational value. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh anteseden dari experience quality yaitu moment of truth, peace of mind, outcome focus, peace of mind yang mempengaruhi perilaku EWOM yang positif di antara siswa sekolah musik dan konsumen. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei kuantitatif dimana data dikumpulkan dari siswa dua sanggar musik. Didapatkan 176 responden yang dianalisis dengan PLS SEM. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan ke empat value menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan sedangkan satu value yaitu social value tidak signifikan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya sensorial value diikuti oleh inspirational value. Inspirational value adalah novelty yang terbukti signifikan dalam meningkatkan experience quality, diikuti oleh inspirational value, epistemic value dan emotional value. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa studio musik harus berfokus pada menciptakan pengalaman yang menginspirasi untuk menciptakan EWOM yang positif, sehingga meningkatkan reputasi dan jangkauan pasar mereka. / Indonesian informal music education is growing rapidly. Outside of school, informal music education is creative and flexible. To attract students, academic institutions employ digital marketing strategies. This study centres on the examination of electronic word of mouth behavior (EWOM) and its influence on the quality of experiences in music education. This study adds inspirational value to Sheth's perceived value theory. This study examines how experience quality— moment of truth, peace of mind, outcome focus—influences positive EWOM behavior in music school students and consumers. This quantitative survey uses data from two sanggar music students. Analysis of 176 respondents with PLS SEM. Four values yielded significant results, whereas one value, social value, did not demonstrate statistical significance, according to the findings of this study. This study found sensory value is most important, followed by inspirational value. Following epistemic value, emotional value, and inspirational value is a novelty that has proven to be highly effective in enhancing the quality of the experience.
