Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari pengaruh kepercayaan, kenyamanan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 250 responden, teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistik SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, kenyamanan dan kepuasan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pasien Klinik Cellscience Rejuvenation Centre, dimana kepuasan merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar. Selain itu kepercayaan dan kenyamanan juga berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan. / This research was conducted to find out the influence of trust, comfort, and satisfaction on patient loyalty. This research is quantitative in nature with the data collection technique used is a questionnaire, with a sample size of 250 respondents, the data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS statistical application. The research results show that trust, comfort and satisfaction have a significant and positive influence on patient loyalty at the Cellscience Rejuvenation Center Clinic, where satisfaction is the variable that has the greatest influence. Apart from that, trust and comfort also have a significant and positive effect on satisfaction.
