Abstract

CapCut merupakan aplikasi pengeditan video yang telah banyak digunakan dikalangan anak muda karena keberagaman fitur dan kemudahan penggunaannya, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang dapat mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dalam pembuatan video promosi produk sehingga pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode DeLone and McLean yang berfokus pada perspektif pengguna. Pengumpulan data berfokus pada Kawasan Sumatera Utara dan akan dilakukan secara online dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah total responden yang layak untuk dianalisis yaitu 156 orang sesuai dengan metode Solvin. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS dengan alat bantu SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas fungsionalitas aplikasi CapCut dalam memudahkan pembuatan video tinggi, dengan validitas dan reliabilitas System Quality yang baik. Kualitas sistem dan penggunaan aplikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih dari penggunaan aplikasi. Namun, penggunaan aplikasi secara langsung tidak berkontribusi signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih. / CapCut is a video editing application that has been widely used among young people because of its diversity of features and ease of use, but there are still several shortcomings that can affect the user experience in making product promotional videos so in this research an analysis will be carried out using the DeLone and McLean method which focuses on user perspective. Data collection focuses on the North Sumatra region and will be carried out online using the purposive sampling method. The total number of respondents eligible for analysis was 156 people according to the Solvin method. The analysis process was carried out using SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS tool. The analysis results show that the quality of the CapCut application's functionality in facilitating video creation is high, with good System Quality validity and reliability. System quality and application usage have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, which in turn contributes significantly to the net benefits of application use. However, direct use of the app did not contribute significantly to the net benefit.
