Abstract

Creating customer loyalty is not an option in business today. It is believed to be the only way to develop a competitive value which is sustainable.The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty at CV. Jasa Sahabat Abadi. Customer satisfaction is a measure of how total product of a company performs in relation to set of customer’s expectations. Meanwhile, customer loyalty is defined as a dedication to continue purchasing favourite product or service consistently irrespective of situational factors and marketing efforts which could contribute to behaviour switching. This research applied quantitative research design. The target population of CV. Jasa Sahabat Abadi is 52 people that also become the sample of the test through census sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect information regarding the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at CV. Jasa Sahabat Abadi. The result of coefficient of determination is 0.684 % which means Customer Satisfaction variable has influenced 68.4% to the Customer Loyalty. Linear analysis result is Y=4.268 +0.831X.The result of hypothesis t-test shown that Ha is accepted means that there is an impact of customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty at CV Jasa Sahabat Abadi. Based on the finding, the company is recommended to do improvement in terms ofaccepting more feedbacks from customers as a material to evaluate performance and improve the service. Besides, company alsoneeds to make a contract for long term corporation with their customers to ensure customers stay loyal to the company. / Menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan bukanlah sebuah pilihan pada bisnis saat ini.Dipercaya bahwa hal ini adalah satu-satunya cara untuk mengembangkan sebuah nilai yang kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan diCV Jasa Sahabat Abadi. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebuah pengukuran bagaimana kinerja total produk dari sebuah perusahaan dalam kaitannya dengan harapan dari pelanggan. Sementara itu, loyalitas pelanggan didefinisikan sebagai dedikasi untuk terus melakukan pembelian produk atau jasa favorit secara konsisten terlepas dari apapun faktor situasional dan upaya pemasaran yang mampu berkontribusi pada perilaku untuk mengganti. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitiatif. Target populasi dari CV Jasa Sahabat Abadiadalah 52 orang yang juga menjadi sampel tes melalui sensus sampling. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan di CV Jasa Sahabat Abadi. Hasil dari koefisien uji determinasi adalah0.684% yang berarti variable kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh 68.4% terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil analisis linier adalah Y=4.268 +0.831X. Hasil hipotesis t-test menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh kepasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di CV Jasa Sahabat Abadi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, perusahaan disarakan untuk melakukan peningkatan dalam hal menerima lebih banyak umpan balik dari pelanggan sebagai bahan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja mereka dan meningkatkan pelayanan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu membuat kontrak untuk kerjasama jangka panjang dengan pelanggan untuk menjamin pelanggan tetap loyal kepada perusahaan.
