Abstract
Sekolah yang berkualitas adalah sekolah yang dicari oleh masyarakat, faktor penilaian dari kualitas dari suatu sekolah bisa dinilai, mulai penilaian dari sisi kinerja dan bisa juga dari sisi komitmen tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan kepada organisasi pendidikan tempatnya berkarya. Saat ini banyak sekolah yang mengalami tantangan permasalahan dalam membangun komitmen guru di organisasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, kerjasama tim, dan budaya organisasi dalam kaitannya dengan komitmen guru di SPK SMPK 8 PENABUR JAKARTA. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di SPK SMPK 8 PENABUR Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan dan teknik komunikasi dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden guru-guru di SPK SMPK 8 PENABUR JAKARTA. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis validitas, realibilitas dan pengujian kesesuaian model. Penyebaran kuisioner kepada 32 orang responden dan dilakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini nantinya diharapkan akan menunjukkan pengaruh dan korelasi antara transformational leadership terhadap komitmen guru, pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap komitmen guru, dan juga pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap komitmen guru. / A highly-qualified school is a school that gains trust from the society. The criteria to assess a school’ quality can be derived from the performance and the commitment of teachers and staff to the education institution where they belong. In these challenging times, a great number of schools are facing obstacles in nurturing teacher’ commitment in the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the transformational leadership style, teamwork, and organization culture on the teachers’ commitment in SPK SMPK 8 PENABUR School. The population of this research is all of the teachers who teach in SPK SMPK 8 PENABUR School that is located in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out with library and communication techniques by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SPK SMPK 8 PENABUR Jakarta as the respondent. Data is processed using validity analysis, reliability, and model suitability testing. The questionnaires was distributed to 32 respondents and then analyzed. The result of the research are later expected to show the correlation on the principal’ transformational leadership style on teacher’ commitment, the correlation between teamwork and teachers’ commitment, and also the correlation between organization culture and teachers’ commitment.
