Abstract
Pembentukan karakter siswa sangat penting dilakukan dalam lembaga pendidikan karena dapat mengarahkan siswa dari segi sikap dan perilaku. Pendidikan karakter dapat dibentuk dalam proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan. Guru memiliki peranan yang penting untuk menyusun dan membuat kegiatan pembelajaran dengan baik agar nantinya dapat mendorong dan membantu siswa dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Salah satunya yaitu penggunaan metode pembelajaran ceramah bervariasi yang dimana guru akan menyampaikan setiap materi pembelajaran dengan jelas kepada siswa. Melalui metode tersebut guru dapat menanamkan nilai kehidupan yaitu nilai-nilai Pancasila yang merupakan perwujudan dari hukum kasih sehingga dapat mengarahkan dan membentuk karakter siswa. Oleh karena itu tujuan penulisan paper ini yaitu untuk menganalisis penggunaan metode ceramah bervariasi dalam menekankan nilai-nilai Pancasila guna membentuk karakter siswa. Penggunaan metode ceramah bervariasi sangat baik untuk menjelaskan materi dan juga dapat membimbing siswa. Melalui pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa metode ini sangat baik diterapkan dalam membantu mebentuk karakter siswa karena guru memiliki peran yang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu guru harus mempersiapkan dirinya dengan menguasai materi yang akan dijelaskan sehingga nantinya dapat mengarahkan siswa./ The formation of student character is very important in educational institutions because it can direct students in terms of attitudes and behavior. Character education can be formed in the teaching and learning process carried out. The teacher has an important role in arranging and making learning activities properly so that later it can encourage and help students in shaping student character. One of them is the use of varied lecture learning methods in which the teacher will convey each learning material clearly to students. Through this method the teacher can instill the values of life, namely the values of Pancasila which are the embodiment of the law of love so that they can direct and shape the character of student. Therefore, the purpose of writing this paper is to analyse the use of various lecture methods in an effort to emphasize the values of Pancasila in order to shape the character of students. The use of various lecture methods is very good for explaining the material and can also guide students. Through the discussion, it shows that this method is very well applied in helping to shape the character of students because the teacher has an active role in the leaning process Therefore, the teacher must prepare himself by mastering the material to be explained so that later it can direct students.
