Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman di era sekarang ini organisasi dituntut untuk terus mampu bersaing dan mampu menghadapi perubahan. Hal ini tentu harus didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang unggul yang memiliki kinerja baik dan profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja (3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja (5) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Pendekatan dalam Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. YS sebanyak 49 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja./Along with the times in this era, organizations are required to continue to be able to compete and be able to face change. Of course, this must be supported by superior human resources who have good and professional performance. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction (2) the effect of organizational culture on performance (3) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction (4) the effect of compensation on performance (5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance. The approach in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. YS, as many as 49 people. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results showed that (1) organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction (2) organizational culture has a positive effect on performance (3) compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction (4) compensation does not affect performance (5) job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance.
