Abstract
Pemesanan adalah suatu aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum membeli. Untuk mewujudkan kepuasan konsumen maka perusahaan harus mempunyai sebuah sistem pemesanan yang baik. Makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi setiap orang. Makanan dapat juga menjadi sarana bisnis yang menghasilkan keuntungan yang tinggi. Café Raja Coffe merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman. Pada saat ini Café Raja Coffe mengalami kesulitan dalam mencatat laporan pemasukan dan pengeluaran karena masih menggunakan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi dan sistem pemesanan masih menggunakan sistem manual dimana pembeli masih harus memanggil pelayan dan harus menulis sendiri pesenannya di nota.
Untuk mengoptimalkan pelayan tersebut Café Raja Coffe membutukan suatu sistem pemesanan menu makanan dan minuman secara online yang memiliki fitur take away foods. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk memesan meja dan makanan atau mimuman secara online dimana pelanggan cukup memesan dari rumah dengan cara pelanggan membuka aplikasi web mobile kemudian melakukan register bagi pelanggan yang belum terdaftar, setelah terdaftar pelanggan dapat login di aplikasi dan melakukan pesanan makanan atau minuman. Sedangkan fitur takeaway foods diperuntukan bagi pelanggan yang kehabisan meja atau ingin makan dirumah. Sistem diharapkan dapat menghemat waktu pada saat berkunjung ke Café Raja Coffe
Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan mengotomasi sistem dengan baik. Fiturfitur yang dimiliki aplikasi adalah proses mengelola data pesanan masakan, proses takeaway dan proses menampilkan laporan.

Ordering is an activity carried out by consumers before buying. To achieve customer satisfaction, the company must have a good ordering system. Food is a basic need for everyone. Food can also be a high-profit business vehicle. Café Raja Coffe is a business unit engaged in food and beverages. At this time Café Raja Coffe is having difficulty recording income and expenditure reports because it still uses un-computerized recording and the ordering system still uses a manual system where buyers still have to call the waiter and have to write their own orders on the note.
To optimize these waiters, Café Raja Coffee needs an online food and beverage menu ordering system that features takeaway foods. This system functions to order tables and food or snacks online where customers simply order from home by opening the mobile web application then registering for unregistered customers, after being registered customers can log in to the application and place food or drink orders. While the takeaway foods feature is intended for customers who run out of tables or want to eat at home. The system is expected to save time when visiting Café Raja Coffe
Based on the results of the trials conducted, it can be concluded that the application can meet the needs and automate the system well. The features of the application are: the process of managing food order data, the takeaway process and the process of displaying reports.
