Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Revisit Intentions pada Liberica Coffee Cafe Gandaria City. Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi model dari penelitian sebelumnya yang dikembangkan oleh Lee, et.all (2016). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Liberica Coffee Cafe Gandaria City yang berjumlah 318 orang. Pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik Judgemental. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lima hipotesis penelitian yang didukung, diantaranya Product tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, Price berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, Place berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, Promotion berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, Personnel berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Trust, Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Revisit Intentions, Trust berpengarupositif h terhadap Commitment, Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Revisit Intentions. Sebagai kesimpulan, hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian ini tidak sejalan dengan yang dilakukan oleh Lee, et.all (2016). Commitment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Revisit Intentions karena penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 128 responden menjawab tidak mengunjungi Liberica Coffe Cafe dalam 3 bulan terakhir menunjukkan bahwa komitmen bukan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelanggan berkunjung ke Liberica Coffe Cafe.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting Revisit Intentions at Liberica Coffee Café Gandaria City. This research is a model replication of previous research developed by Lee, et.all (2016). The data in this study was obtained by the number of questionnaires to the respondents. Respondents in this study were the customer of Liberica Coffee Café Gandaria City which was stocky 318 people. Selection of respondents using Judgmental techniques. Our analysis process is Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. Results Measurement of research hypotheses supported, ie Products not related to satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction, physical satisfaction, physical satisfaction, physical satisfaction, satisfaction, positive trust, Satisfaction has a positive effect on Revisit Intentions, Trust is positive for Commitment, Commitment is not positively related to Revisit Intentions. In conclusion, the results of the hypothesis in this study are not in line with that done by Lee, et.all (2016). Commitment did not come up positively to Revisit Intentions because this research is as much as 128 respondents have not visited Liberica Coffe Cafe in the last 3 months stating there is no single factor affecting customers for Liberica Coffe Café.
