Abstract
This internship report of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk explains about the analysis of the overall overall training process that the training department of Alam Sutera designs for its sales team. This report analyzes the design process based on the ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate) model. It is also provides more information regarding the training methods that PT Alam Sutera Realty uses for its training program for the sales team. Hence, when the analysis of the training program is done, the writer can conclude some drawbacks regarding the whole training program: (1) some of the training participants in PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk did not feel the training is interesting; (2) the new sales team of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk lack relationship with their senior sales team; (3) PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk only uses one trainer for all their training program; (4) the evaluation of the training program is not integrated. To overcome these drawbacks, the writer then assumes that PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk has to really understand what their sales teams' needs. This can be done by starting to begin a further and deeper analysis for designing a training program from the sales team point of view. It is also best for PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk to put more attention in determining training objective because there can be more creative ways to design the training program when the company has a clear objective.
