In this era of advanced technology, Media is considered as one of the most dominant tools of communication. New kind of media called social media has become a important necessity for people to communicate around the globe The growing popularity of social media has attract organizations and companies to use them as a method of recruitment. Therefore, it is a big chance for university students to use social media to seek for a job after they graduated from their universities. The intention of students to use social media to seek for a job is studied through 4 variables, which are "Privacy Concern", "Perceived Justice/ Trusting Belief", "Risk Belief and Performance Expectancy". This study uses Quota Sampling as the sampling method and distributed 80 questionnaires to university students around Jakarta and Tangerang. The collected data then is tested for its reliability and validity before the creation of Structural Equation Model to analyze the hypothesis. All 80 questionnaires used were valid and can be used for further examination The results indicate that there are 2 out of 5 variables of Behavioral Intention-Privacy Concern and Performance Expectancy that are positively related to Behavioral Intention. The other 2 variables of Behavioral Intention-Privacy Concern and Risk belief does not significantly relate to Behavioral Intention variable. The last variable which is Inside connection is a moderating variable for Performance Expectancy and there are positive relationship between those variables.
