Abstract
Teacher's work productivity shows a continuous process to achieve educational goals through effectiveness and efficiency to improve the quality of graduates. Qualified graduates are expected to be able to enter higher education level with remarkable quality that prepares them to the actuality of career and help them to become a qualified employee with higher income level. This enables teacher's labor productivity which is important for a research. This research aims to go through the positive effect of work discipline and work climate, on job satisfaction; and work discipline, work climate, and job satisfaction on teachers' work productivity. The respondents for this research are 30 teachers who are currently teaching in high school at XYZ Jakarta using a quantitative research approach and descriptive research methods as well as path analysis techniques. The collection of data is done by distributing questionnaires to each teacher using Likert scale. Data proccessed with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Path analysis shows that work discipline and work climate have positive effect to job satisfaction. This research also shows that work discipline, work climate, and job satisfaction have positive effect to teachers’ work productivity. / Produktivitas kerja guru menunjukkan proses berkesinambungan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui efektivitas dan efesiensi untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan terbaik. Lulusan berkualitas diharapkan akan lebih mampu memasuki tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dengan kualitas baik sehingga pada saat memasuki dunia kerja akan menjadi pegawai berkualitas dan tingkat pendapatannya semakin baik, sehingga produktivitas kerja guru penting untuk di teliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh positif disiplin kerja, iklim kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMP-SMA XYZ Jakarta. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh guru sebanyak 30 orang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif serta teknik analisis jalur. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden berupa kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least SquaresStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Selanjutnya analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, iklim kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru.
