Abstract
School have to consider the organizational commitment of the teachers.
Teachers with high organizational commitment will demonstrate a loyal and
active attitude toward achieving school goals. This study aims to examine the
effect of job satisfaction, authentic leadership and psychological capital on teacher
organizational commitment in SMP and SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang. This
research was conducted in SMP and SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang, with the
subject of research is the total population that is 41 teachers. This research is
quantitative research using path analysis method. The research instrument is
questionnaire using Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive and inferential
statistics. The results of this study are high level of organizational commitment,
job satisfaction, authentic leadership and psychological capital in SMP and SMA
Dian Harapan Cikarang. In addition, job satisfaction, authentic leadership, and
psychological capital can explain organizational commitment with r-square of
0.367. While job satisfaction can be explained by authentic leadership and
psychological capital with r-square value of 0.618. So it is concluded that there is
an influence of authentic leadership, psychological capital, and job satisfaction of
teacher organization's commitment in SMP and SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang. / Sekolah haruslah memperhatikan komitmen organisasi para gurunya. Guru
dengan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi akan menunjukkan sikap loyal dan aktif
dalam pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh
kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan otentik dan psychological capital terhadap
komitmen organisasi guru di SMP dan SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang. Penelitian
ini dilaksanakan di SMP dan SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang, dengan subjek
penelitian adalah keseluruhan populasi yaitu 41 guru. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Instrumen
penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisa
menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu
tingginya tingkat komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan otentik dan
psychological capital di SMP dan SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang. Selain itu
kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan otentik, dan psychological capital dapat
menjelaskan komitmen organisasi dengan r-square sebesar 0,367. Sedangkan
kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan otentik dan psychological
capital dengan nilai r-square sebesar 0,618. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada
pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik, psychological capital, dan kepuasan kerja
terhadap komitmen organisasi guru di SMP dan SMA Dian Harapan Cikarang.
