Abstract
A teacher is the frontliner of educational activities in schools, therefore
a teacher needs to concern on the process of student development holistically.
Based on the researcher’s observation on Art, Culture, and Craft lesson activities
in the 5th grade of Athalia Primary School, some problems are found and become
the researcher’s concern as a teacher, such as: the lack of creative behaviour,
lack of learning interest, and lack of team work among students. The research’s
objective is to identify the influence of the implementation of Project Based
Learning Model in creative behaviour, learning interest, and team work skills of
5th graders on the Art, Culture, and Craft lesson. It focuses on recycling
products. The design of the research is classroom action research method. This
classroom action research method was carried out in one of the 5th grade classes
of Athalia Primary School in South Tangerang, with a total of 9 students as
subjects of the research. The findings showed that is the implementation of PJBL
model in teaching Art, Culture, and Craft had resulted in the increase of students
creative behaviour, learning interest, and teamwork skills. / Guru merupakan ujung tombak kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah oleh
karena itu guru perlu berorientasi pada proses pertumbuhan siswa secara
holistik. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Seni
Budaya dan Keterampilan di salah satu kelas V SD Athalia, ada beberapa
masalah yang muncul dan menjadi perhatian peneliti sebagai pengajar
diantaranya kurangnya minat belajar siswa, kurang berkembangnya perilaku
kreatif serta kurangnya kerja sama diantara siswa. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah
untuk memahami pengaruh penerapan model Project Based Learning terhadap
perilaku kreatif, minat belajar, dan kerja sama siswa kelas V pada mata
pelajaran Seni Budaya Keterampilan topik prakarya ramah lingkungan. Desain
penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode
penelitin tindakan kelas ini dilakukan di salah satu kelas V SD Athalia
Tangerang Selatan, dengan jumlah 9 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam perilaku kreatif, minat belajar, dan
kerja sama siswa melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning pada mata
pelajaran SBK topik prakarya ramah lingkungan.
