Abstract

Pelanggan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam sebuah usaha. Setiap usaha dituntut untuk dapat memahami apa yang diharapkan oleh para pelanggan agar sebuah usaha dapat mendapatkan kesan yang baik dari para pelanggan. Cara untuk memahami apa yang diharapkan oleh para pelanggan adalah dengan melakukan analisis pada kepuasan pelanggan dengan variabel independen jenis kelamin, umur, pendapatan, aplikasi yang dipakai, frekuensi pemakaian aplikasi dan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan. Grab-Food, Go-Food dan Shopee-Food, yang merupakan sebuah jasa aplikasi pemesanan makanan online diharapkan untuk melakukan analisis pada kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklasifikasi menggunakan logistic regression pada faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada aplikasi pemesanan makanan online dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi rapidminer dengan metode logistik regresi. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan mengukur kinerja pada hasil yang telah diolah dengan accuracy,precision, dan recall. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pelanggan yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi pemesanan makanan online seperti Grab-Food, Go-Food, dan Shopee-Food. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan dan pengumpulan data, didapati hasil bahwa dari variabel yang digunakan terdapat hasil dari accuracy, precision, dan recall masing- masing di atas 50% yang membuktikan bahwa data yang dipakai positif dan layak untuk digunakan./ Customers are one of the important factors in a business. Every business is required to understand what customers expect so that a business can get a good impression from customers. The way to understand what customers expect is to do an analysis on customer satisfaction with the independent variable gender, age, income, applications used, frequency of application usage and the dependent variable is satisfaction. Grab-Food, Go-Food and Shopee-Food, which are online food ordering application services, are expected to analyze customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to classify using logistic regression on the factors that affect customer satisfaction in the online food ordering application and analyzed using the rapidminer application with the logistic regression method. Then proceed with measuring performance on the results that have been processed with accuracy, precision, and recall. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers who have used online food ordering applications such as Grab-Food, Go-Food, and Shopee-Food. After processing and collecting data, it was found that from the variables used there were results of accuracy, precision, and recall each above 50% which proved that the data used was positive and feasible to use.
