This study aims to see and determine the influence of Work Stress towards Employee Performance at PT.Mustika Mitra Abadi This research was conducted at PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi at JL. HM JONI NO 53 / 127 MEDAN. This company is a retail stores and also a distributor to other sellers and sells on housewares such as, kitchen utensils, tables, chairs, and etc. This research was conducted of the month of January 2021 –March 2021. Data analysis tool by using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The population is employees at PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi in 2021, namely as many as 32 employees. This study used census sampling technique, the sample of this research is 32 employees at PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi. Based on the data analysis, the coefficient of linear regression = -0.942. If the result is interpreted into the linear regression equation, it indicates that work stress has a negative impact toward employee performance, which if the work stress increase by 1 unit, then the employee performance will decrease by 0.942 units. The t-test probability value is 0.000 which is lower than the significant level which is as much as 0.05. On this basis, Ha is accepted. In conclusion, work stress has a negative impact to the employee performance at PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi. Thus, the finding of this research will act as a reference for company to manage work stress in order to enhance the employee’s performance. Several recommendations for the company from the writer is conducting weekly meeting with the employees, establishing rewards system to the employee for doing good job, and giving punishment for those made mistakes with their task./Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi di JL. HM JONI NO 53 / 127 MEDAN. Perusahaan ini merupakan toko retail dan juga distributor untuk penjual lain dan menjual peralatan rumah tangga seperti, peralatan dapur, meja, kursi, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2021 - Maret 2021. Alat analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Populasi adalah karyawan pada PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 32 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel sensus, sampel penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan di PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh koefisien regresi linier = -0,942. Jika hasil tersebut diinterpretasikan ke dalam persamaan regresi linier, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana jika stres kerja meningkat sebesar 1 satuan maka kinerja pegawai akan menurun sebesar 0,942 satuan. Nilai probabilitas uji-t sebesar 0,000 yang lebih rendah dari taraf signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,05. Atas dasar ini, Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi. Dengan demikian, temuan penelitian ini akan menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan untuk mengelola stres kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Beberapa rekomendasi bagi perusahaan dari penulis adalah mengadakan pertemuan mingguan dengan karyawan, menetapkan sistem penghargaan kepada karyawan untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik, dan memberikan hukuman bagi mereka yang melakukan kesalahan dalam tugasnya.
