In this study, the author will test the effect of the Entrepreneurial Characteristic on Business Performance in CV Jaya Makmur Perkasa. The theory used in this study is related to the theory of Entrepreneurial Characteristic and Business Performance. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews, observation and questionnaires distributed to employees. The population and sample amounted to 37 employees. This study uses a census sampling method by taking a number of populations as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (6.464) > ttable (2.030) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then entrepreneurial characteriatic effect towards business performance in CV Jaya Makmur. The coefficient of determination obtained can be seen from the results of rsquare. The results of R square of 0.544. This means that the business performance of employees 54.4% is explained with the entrepreneurial characteriatic and the rest of 45.6% is explained by other variables outside this research, promotion, reward, compensation This study will conclude that the characteristics of entrepreneurship affect the performance of the business in CV Jaya Makmur. This means that the high and low business performance is also influenced by the characteristics of entrepreneurship. It is necessary for the improvement of the characteristics of entrepreneurship that is better by providing training to enhance the ability of leaders. / Dalam penelitian ini, menguji pengaruuh karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis di CV Jaya Makmur Perkasa. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berhubungan dengan teori karakteristik kewirausahaan dan kinerja bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner didistribusikan ke karyawan. Populasi merupakan sampel yang berjumlah 37 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel sensus dengan mengambil sejumlah populasi sebagai sampel untuk diuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian dari tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (6.464) > ttable (2.030) dan nilai yang signifikan dari 0.000 <0.05, kemudian karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis di CV Jaya Makmur. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh dapat dilihat dari hasil rsquare. Hasil rsquare dari 0.544. Ini berarti bahwa kinerja bisnis 54,4% dijelaskan dengan karakteristik kewirausahaan dan sisa dari 45,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalam studi ini bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis di CV Jaya Makmur. Hal ini berarti bahwa tinggi rendahnya kinerja bisnis juga dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik kewirausahaan. Untuk itu perlu adanya perbaikan karakteristik kewirausahaan yang lebih baik dengan memberikan pelatihan agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pimpinan.
