Abstract

Rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang dimiliki oleh manusia di mana untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan tersebut tidaklah mudah dikarenakan harga rumah yang saat ini relatif tinggi khususnya di mata masyarakat pada segmen milenial. Oleh karena itu, bank memberikan metode cicilan pembelian rumah untuk memudahkan masyarakat untuk segera mendapatkan kebutuhan tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan produk Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) di mana salah satu bank yang menyediakan produk tersebut adalah Bank Central Asia (BCA). Untuk mendapatkan produk tersebut, calon konsumen dapat mengajukan secara langsung dengan datang ke cabang BCA terdekat dan akan dilayani oleh staff BCA. Namun seiring berkembangnya jaman di mana sebagian besar layanan sudah mulai transisi ke media digital, maka bank BCA memberikan alternatif metode pengajuan KPR dengan memanfaatkan media digital yaitu dengan pengajuan secara online melalui website KPR BCA. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menguji pengaruh dari online process simplicity, service content quality, service delivery quality, dan enjoyment terhadap website appeal, lalu diagnosticity, justifiability dan product commitment terhadap product appeal, lalu product appeal terhadap website appeal serta dampaknya terhadap usage intention, dan terdapat juga pengujian dari trust terhadap usage intention. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM terhadap 216 responden yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang didistribusikan secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh hubungan positif terkuat adalah product appeal terhadap website appeal serta pengaruh terkuat terhadap usage intention adalah trust. Model penelitian ini memiliki moderate predictive accuracy serta medium predictive relevance terhadap variabel dependennya yaitu usage intention. Terdapat insight secara manajerial dari temuan penelitian ini serta rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya./ House is one of the basic needs of humans which is hard to get because of it’s relatively high price nowadays especially according to millenial segment. Therefore, bank provides an installment method to make it easier for buying a house immediately by using Kredit Pemilikian Rumah (KPR) product where one of the banks that provides this product is Bank Central Asia (BCA). To get this product, customer can apply directly by visiting nearest BCA’s branch and will be served by BCA’s staff. However, along with era transformation in which most services has begun to make a transition to digital channels, BCA provides an alternative method for applying KPR by utilizing digital channel namely by submitting online through it’s KPR website. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of online process simplicity, service content quality, service delivery quality, and enjoyment towards website appeal, then diagnosticity, justifiability, and product commitment toward product appeal, then product appeal to website appeal and it’s impact to usage intention and also a test of trust on usage intention. This test was conducted using the PLS-SEM method on 216 respondent obtained using purposive sampling distributed online. The results show that the strongest positive relationship is product appeal to website appeal and the strongest influence on usage intention is trust. This research model has moderate predictive accuracy and medium predictive relevance to the dependent variable usage intention. There is managerial insight from the findings of this study as well as recommendations for further research.
