Abstract

Selama masa pandemi, kegiatan belajar mengajar diarahkan ke bentuk pembelajaran jarak jauh sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Pemerintah, dimana ditemukan penurunan prestasi belajar siswa dan siswa kurang memenuhi standar kompetensi kelulusan. Hal ini terjadi pada 20 persen sekolah nasional secara keseluruhan, dimana motivasi belajar, engagement siswa dan kerja sama siswa merupakan faktor yang penting. Untuk itu perlu dibuktikan pengaruh motivasi belajar, engagement siswa dan kerja sama siswa terhadap hasil belajar, khususnya terhadap pelajaran Matematika pada siswa SMP sekolah XYZ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan rubrik kepada 30 siswa kelas VII dimana data diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Wawancara terhadap guru Matematika juga dilakukan untuk melengkapi pengumpulan data. Dari hasil penelitian dibuktikan bahwa faktor motivasi belajar, engagement siswa dan kerja sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Ketiga variabel yaitu motivasi belajar, engagement siswa dan kerja sama siswa juga memiliki korelasi yang kuat dan positif dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, apabila ketiga variabel tersebut meningkat, maka hasil belajar juga akan meningkat, begitu pula sebaliknya, apabila ketiga variabel tersebut menurun, maka akan menurunkan hasil belajar siswa / During the pandemics, learning activities are directed into long distance or online learning according to government initiatives, where the decrease of student’s achievement has been found and many students do not fulfill the graduation competence standard. This happens to 20% off the national school as a whole, where learning motivation, student’s engagement, and student’s corporation become important factors. Therefore it is necessary to prove the impact of learning motivation, student’s engagement, and student’s cooperation against the learning outcome, especially at Mathematics for the student of Junior High School XYZ. Data is collected via distribution of questionnaire and rubrics to 30 students of Grade VII, where this data is tested with validity and reliability tests. The interview to Mathematics teacher is also carried out to complement the data collection. From the result of this research, it is implied that the factors of learning motivation, student’s engagement, and student’s cooperation carry impact towards student’s learning outcome. All three variables; learning motivation, student’s engagement, and student’s motivation also have strong and positive correlation towards student’s learning outcome. Therefore, when the three variables rise, then the learning outcome also rises, vice versa, when the three variables decrease, then the student’s learning outcome also decreases.
