Abstract

Restoran cepat saji adalah salah satu industri di dunia yang berkembang dengan cepat khususnya di area perkotaan sebagai tanggapan terhadap gaya hidup modern dengan fleksibilitas yang semakin meningkat. Makanan cepat saji atau fast food sudah menjadi suatu pilihan utama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan sehari-hari zaman sekarang. Keberagaman aktivitas yang dimiliki oleh setiap orang menjadikan makanan cepat saji ini merupakan solusi yang tepat. hal itu tentu menyebabkan berbagai industri kuliner fast food semakin berkembang di penjuru dunia. Kentucky Fried Chicken Indonesia merupakan restoran cepat saji franchise manajemen PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. yang didirikan oleh keluarga Gelael pada tahun Pembukaan restoran pertama bulan Oktober 1979 di Jalan Melawai, Jakarta kemudian diikuti dengan penambahan restoran ke kota-kota besar lainya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas makanan, Harga, Lokasi dan lingkungan, kepuasan pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, kesetiaan pada pelanggan Restoran KFC di Tulungagung Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan penelitian pemasaran, serta bermanfaat bagi KFC Tulungagung dlam menelaah pengaruh variabel Kualitas makanan, Harga, Lokasi dan lingkungan, kepuasan pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, kesetiaan pada pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 110 responden dengan karakteristik responden pria dan wanita berumur 17-65 tahun, berdomisili di Tulungagung, pernah mengkonsumsi di tempat pada KFC Tulungagung 2x dalam 1 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar adalah variabel Kesetiaan pelanggan sebesar 0,747, kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar kedua adalah variabel Kualitas makanan sebesar 0,700, terbesar ketiga adalah variabel Kualitas layanan sebesar 0,690, Variabel Harga menjadi pengaruh terbesar keempat sebesar 0,664, variabel Lokasi dan lingkungan terbesar kelima terhadap sebesar 0,655. / Fast food restaurants are one of the fastest growing industries in the world especially in an area that is responding to modern lifestyles with increasing increase. Fast food or fast food has become a major choice in meeting today's daily food needs. The diversity of activities owned by everyone makes this fast food the right solution. This of course causes various fast food culinary industries to develop throughout the world. Kentucky Fried Chicken Indonesia is a fast food restaurant franchise management of PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. which was founded by the Gelael family in The opening of the first restaurant in October 1979 on Jalan Melawai, Jakarta was followed by the addition of restaurants to other major cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine how the influence of food quality, price, location and environment, satisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyalty to customers KFC restaurants in Tulungagung The expected benefits of this research are to contribute to the development of marketing theory and research, as well as beneficial for KFC Tulungagung in the future. examines the influence of the variables of food quality,price, location and environment, service satisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyaltyto customers. This research is a quantitative method with data processing using SPSS 22.0. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents with the characteristics of male and female respondents aged 17-65 years, domiciled in Tulungagung, had consumed on-site at KFC Tulungagung 2x in the last 1 year. The results showed that the variable that had the greatest influence was the customer loyalty variable of 0.747, then the variable that had the second largest effect was the food quality variable of 0.700, the third largest was the service quality variable of 0.690, the variable Price of the fourth largest influence of 0.664, the Location variable. and the fifth largest environment to 0.655.
