Abstract
Sekolah merupakan tempat berlangsungnya interaksi belajar mengajar. Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting di sekolah untuk mendidik dan juga mengajari siswa. Saat ini kasus bullying sudah marak terjadi khususnya di sekolah. Bullying
merupakan tindakan menyakiti dan merudung sesamanya. Oleh karena itu, guru juga memiliki peranan yang penting dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi masalah tersebut. Allah mengasihi manusia terlebih dahulu, dengan begitu manusia juga
seharusnya melakukan hal yang sama terhadap Allah dengan cara mengasihi sesamanya manusia. Cara ataupun langkah yang dapat dilakukan guru terkait masalah bullying adalah 1) Memberikan sosialisasi terkait pencegahan perilaku bullying di sekolah oleh guru. 2) Menuntun siswa dengan cara mengingatkan untuk
saling menghargai antar manusia, baik kepada guru maupun teman sekelas. 3) Bekerja sama dengan orangtua atau dengan kata lain menuntun orangtua untuk memberikan kebutuhan self esteem kepada siswa. Guru dan juga siswa merupakan ciptaan Allah yang mulia. Guru merupakan seorang penuntun bagi siswa agar lebih mengenal Allah. Oleh karena itu, tindakan dan perilaku yang guru lakukan
sebaiknya mencerminkan guru yang sesungguhnya. Selain itu, diharapkan juga guru, orangtua dan siswa dapat mencegah kasus bullying yang terjadi di sekolah untuk menciptakan suasana lingkungan yang baik untuk belajar./ A School is a place where teaching and learning interactions take place. Teachers
have a very important role in schools to educate and also teach students. Nowadays cases of bullying are rampant, especially in schools. Bullying is an act of hurting and bullying others. Therefore, teachers also have an important role in preventing
and overcoming these problems. God loves humans first, so humans should also do the same thing to God by loving their fellow humans. The ways or steps that teachers can take regarding the problem of bullying are 1) Providing socialization related to preventing bullying behavior in schools by teachers. 2) Guiding students by reminding them to respect each other between humans, both teachers, and
classmates. 3) Cooperating with parents or in other words guiding parents to provide self-esteem needs to students. Teachers and students are God's glorious creations. The teacher is a guide for students to know God better. Therefore, the
actions and behaviors that the teacher does should reflect the real teacher. In addition, it is also hoped that teachers, parents, and students can prevent bullying cases that occur in schools to create a good environment for learning.
