Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting di dalam perusahaan. Terutama dalam hal untuk menigkatkan penjualan yang ada di perusahaan. Dimana dalam mencapai kinerja yang baik maka diperlukannya kepuasan kerja yang baik begitu pula pembelajaran organisasi yang baik juga. Dengan adanya pandemic yang terjadi sekarang ini perusahaan distributor farmasi pasti akan menjadi bagian yang akan cepat berkembang tapi nyatanya belum tentu hal ini bisa terjadi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu maka penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan distributor farmasi PT. XYZ di kota Cirebon dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Untuk pengambilan sample menggunakan jenis probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert kepada karyawan perusahaan distributor farmasi PT. XYZ di kota Cirebon. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen kerja, juga kepuasan kerja sangat berpengaruh terdapap kinerja karyawan yang ada pada perusahaan distributor farmasi PT. XYZ di kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan distributor farmasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya yang dimana kinerja merupakan salah satu untuk meningkatkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sarana dalam mengetahui sebab dari turunnya kinerja karyawan. / Performance is very important in the company. Especially in terms of increasing sales in the company. Where in achieving good performance it is necessary to have good job satisfaction as well as good organizational learning as well. With the current pandemic, pharmaceutical distributor companies will definitely be a part that will quickly develop but in fact, this is not necessarily going to happen well. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational learning, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of a pharmaceutical distributor company PT. XYZ in the city of Cirebon with a total sample of 92 people. To take the sample using the type of probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to employees of a pharmaceutical distributor company PT. XYZ in the city of Cirebon. The data that has been collected is then processed using SmartPLS software. From the results of this study indicate that organizational learning has a significant effect on job satisfaction and work commitment, also job satisfaction is very influential on the performance of existing employees at the pharmaceutical distributor company PT. XYZ in the city of Cirebon. This research is expected to provide input for pharmaceutical distributor companies to improve the performance of their employees where performance is one way to improve the company. This research can be used as a means to determine the cause of the decline in employee performance.
