Abstract
Being a leader is a gift that God has given to the chosen people. For
Christians to be a leader that is to be a servant who wants to serve regardless of
status or position. Leaders are given the authority to manage the resources they
have to make their members more prosperous. Being a leader who serves like Jesus
is the basis of every Christian school that exists, being a leader does not have to be
a man but women can also be leaders who can serve very well too. One of them is
at the Extraordinary School of Mother's Love in West Jakarta at the school whose
principal is a woman, being a leader is a destined call from God and coincidentally
at that school a woman who received God's call to serve. In collecting data that
will be presented in this study, researchers used a quantitative research approach
by distributing questionnaires about servant leadership, organizational culture,
work motivation, and teacher performance in the Bunda Kasih Bunda School. In
this thesis, the method used in the process of collecting data uses a survey method
which is a method of data collection carried out using a questionnaire as a research
tool, which can be used both in large and small populations. From the data obtained
will be tested for validity and reliability of the data obtained using the Confirmatory
Factor Analysis and Cronbach Alpha Test, after that the data that has passed the
validity and reliability test can be tested again using SEM to see the relationship
between variables and test the hypotheses that have been made , where the test is
carried out using the Smart-PLS application. The results of this study are if there
is a positive influence between servant leadership on work motivation, and also a
positive influence between organizational and work motivation and teacher
performance. / Menjadi pemimpin merupakan anugerah yang telah Tuhan berikan kepada
orang-orang yang terpilih. Bagi orang Kristiani menjadi pemimpin yakni menjadi
seorang pelayan yang mau melayani tanpa memandang status atau jabatan. Para
pemimpin diberi wewenang untuk mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki untuk
membuat anggotanya menjadi lebih sejahtera. Menjadi pemimpin yang melayani
seperti Yesus merupakan dasar dari setiap sekolah Kristen yang ada, menjadi
pemimpin tidak harus seorang laki-laki namun perempuan pun bias menjadi
pemimpin yang dapat melayani juga dengan sangat baik. Salah satunya ialah di
Sekolah Luar Biasa Kasih Bunda Jakarta Barat disekolah tersebut yang menjadi
kepala sekolahnya ialah seorang wanita, menjadi pemimpin merupakan panggilan
dari Tuhan yang telah ditakdirkan dan kebetulan di sekolah tersebut seorang wanita
yang menerima panggilan Tuhan untuk melayani. Dalam pengumpulan data-data
yang akan disajikan dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan
penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisisoner mengenai kepemimpinan
pelayan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru di SLB Kasih Bunda.
Pada tesis ini, metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data
menggunakan metode survey yang merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang
dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat penelitian, yang dapat digunakan
baik pada populasi besar maupun kecil. Dari data yang didapatkan akan diuji
validitas serta reliabilitas dari data yang didapatkan tersebut menggunakan
Confirmatory Factor Analysis serta Cronbach Alpha Test, setelah itu data yang
telah lolos dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas dapat diuji kembali menggunakan SEM
untuk melihat hubungan antar variable serta menguji hipotesa yang telah dibuat,
dimana uji tersebuat dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil pengujian
tersebut mendapatkan hasil jika terdapat pengaruh positif antara servant leadership
terhadap motivasi kerja, dan juga pengaruh positif anatar organisasi dengan
motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru.
