Abstract
PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan experienced a decline in employee performance as reflected by the level of inaccuracy of the increasing time because training, motivation, and leadership.
Training, Motivation, and leadership have an important role in shaping employee performance. Training, Motivation, and leadership are highly connected with employee performance and company profitability.
This research was conducted using quantitative, descriptive, and causal. The total of population is and sample is 47 employee through Census sampling. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires and observation.
Training has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan that 0.044 less than 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan that 0.013 less than 0.05. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan that 0.042 less than 0.05. Training, Motivation and Leadership have positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan that value of significance is 0.000, which is less than
0.05
Recommendations for the PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan can be necessary for the material provided to employees to be more purposeful and clear so as not to confuse employees, need to provide health protection by providing BPJS or other insurance that is useful in protection to employees covered by the company and increase leadership./ PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan mengalami penurunan kinerja
karyawan yang tercermin dari tingkat ketidaktepatan waktu yang semakin meningkat karena pelatihan, motivasi dan kepemimpinan.
Pelatihan, motivasi dan kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kinerja karyawan. pelatihan, motivasi dan kepemimpinan sangat berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan dan profitabilitas perusahaan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, deskriptif, dan kausal. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah 47 karyawan melalui sensus sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan observasi.
Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan yaitu 0,044 kurang dari 0,05. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan yaitu 0,013 kurang dari 0,05. Rekomendasi untuk PT Buana Andalan Teknologi, Medan dapat
diperlukan agar materi yang diberikan kepada karyawan menjadi lebih terarah dan jelas agar tidak membingungkan karyawan, perlu memberikan perlindungan kesehatan dengan memberikan BPJS atau asuransi lain yang berguna dalam
perlindungan kepada karyawan yang ditanggung oleh perusahaan dan meningkatkan kepemimpinan.
