Abstract

Internet telah memberikan perubahan yang besar pada perkembangan pemasaran dan dunia bisnis. Dalam perkembangannya bagi dunia bisnis, kegunaan internet sudah menjadi salah satu kekuatan yang mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing baik bagi pihak individu ataupun perusahaan dalam bertransaksi seperti yang dilakukan di forum kaskus.co.id. web quality, trust, dan product factor adalah komponen utama yang berkontribusi kepada pengalaman dan kepuasaan pelanggan bertransaksi secara online. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang analisa strategi pemasaran melalui internet dengan menggunakan web quality, trust, dan product factor yang mempengaruhi consumer satisfaction dalam bertransaksi di kaskus.co.id. Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai web quality, trust, dan product factor, maka penelitian ini ingin mengkaji pengaruh antara variabel yaitu variabel independent (web quality, trust, dan product factor) terhadap consumer satisfaction di kaskus.co.id, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini meliputi pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung, menjadi anggota, dan melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali di forum kaskus.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua variabel inpendent berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependent yaitu consumer satisfaction. Sedangkan secara simultan atau bersama-sama, web quality, trust, dan product factor berpengaruh positif terhadap consumer satisfaction. Secara umum, penelitian ini juga memiliki implikasi bahwa model penelitian ini cocok diaplikaskikan pada situs-situs yang digunakan sebagai media bertransaksi (e-commerce). Sebagai implikasi praktis, kaskus.co.id perlu meningkatkan product factor yaitu peningkatan pada nilai barang yang ditawarkan pada website, meningkatkan ketersediaan barang dengan harga yang kompetitif, mengingkatkan kualitas website dan secara aktif membangun kepercayaan konsumen melalui forum bincang-bincang di kaskus.co.id. / Internet has provided a great change in the world of marketing and business development. In development for the business world, the use of internet has become one of the forces that can create a competitive advantage for both the individuals and companies in the deal as done in the forum kaskus.co.id. website quality, trust, and product factors are the major components that contribute to the experience and customer to transact online. This study discusses the marketing strategy analysis through the internet with web quality, trust, and product factors affecting consumer satisfaction in transactions in kaskus.co.id. Based on previous studies on web quality, trust, and product factors, this research is to examine the influence of variables: independent variables (web quality, trust, and product factors) on consumer satisfaction in kaskus.co.id, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study include customers who've been, a member, and make a purchase at least once in the forum kaskus.co.id. The results showed that all the variables inpendent significant effect on the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. While simultaneously or jointly, web quality, trust, and the product factor positive effect on consumer satisfaction. In general, this study also has implications that this research model fits diaplikaskikan on sites that are used as a medium for transactions (e-commerce). As a practical implication, kaskus.co.id need to improve the product factor is the increase in the value of the items offered on the website, increase the availability of goods at competitive prices, increase the quality of website and actively build consumer trust through discussion forum kaskus.co.id
