Abstract
Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu hal yang menarik untuk dibahas oleh
organisasi khususnya instansi Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah, karena disisi lain,
tekanan terhadap kinerja karyawan cukup tinggi pada era keterbukaan dan pelayanan
publik yang sangat menjadi perhatian masyarakat. Diawal penelitian ini diduga, gaya
kepemimpinan yang diaplikasikan mempunyai kecenderungan servant leadership
dengan mengambil 13 responden, dan diduga jika untuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan
bisa terjadi melalui pola kepemimpinan yang melayani melalui kepuasan kerja
karyawan.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya
kepemipinan yang melayani (servant leadership) terhadap kinerja karyawan, melalui
kepuasan kerja di RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode analisa klausal di mana peneliti memakai kuesioner sebagai alat pendukung
pengumpulan data primer. Interpretasi dari data primer tersebut kemudian dianalisis
dengan menggunakan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Model)
Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa servant leadership mempunyai
pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan mempunyai
pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta servant leadership mempunyai
pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat disampaikan, meskipun
servant leadership mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,
namun hal ini dapat terjadi jika didukung dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan dapat
disimpulkan bahwa RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan, yang mempunyai gaya
pemimpinan servant leadership cenderung mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui
kepuasan kerja secara positif / Leadership is one of the interesting things to be discussed by the organization
especially government agencies Hospital, on the other hand, the pressure on the
employees performance is high in an era of openness and public services as good
governance become public issue. Earlier this alleged research, leadership styles have a
tendency to apply servant leadership by taking the 13 respondents, and thought if for
employee performance improvement can occur through a pattern of servant leadership
through employee satisfaction.
This quantitative study aimed to determine the effect of servant leadership on
employee performance, through job satisfaction in Bendan general hospitals in
Pekalongan. This study uses analysis of the clause in which the researchers used a
questionnaire as a tool to support the collection of primary data. Interpretation of the
primary data is then analyzed using SEM analysis (Structural Equation Model). This
research resulted found that servant leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction.
Employee satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. As well as
servant leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. This could be
delivered, though servant leadership has a significant influence on employee
performance, but this is the case, if it is supported by employee job satisfaction. It can
be concluded that Bendan general hospitals Pekalongan have the leadership style of
servant leadership has tended to affect the performance of employees through job
satisfaction positively
