ABSTRAK Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar para siswa. Dalam hal ini peneliti memfokuskan pada 3 faktor saja yakni kepemimpinan pembelajaran (instructional leadership), profesionalitas guru dan kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut di atas terhadap prestasi belajar para siswa di Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey. Jenis populasi yang digunakan adalah total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampelnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Ciputra yang berjumlah 98, yang mengembalikan instrumen penelitian 94 siswa. Teknik analisis korelasi yang dipakai adalah Pearson Product Moment dan korelasi regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepemimpinan pembelajaran sekolah, profesionalitas guru dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap prestasi belajar para siswa kelas X dan XI di Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya sekaligus memberikan konfirmasi positif terhadap penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini memberi masukan kepada pihak pengelola sekolah (school management) agar dapat mempertahankan dan selanjutnya meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan pembelajaran (instructional leadership), profesionalitas guru dan kedisiplinan siswa guna meningkatkan hasil prestasi belajar (learning achievements) para siswa di SMA Ciputra Surabaya / There are many factors which influence the achievements of students. However, this research is focusing on 3 factors; they were mainly: instructional leadership, teachers professionality and students discipline. This research was aimed at examining the influence of those 3 variables towards the achievements of students of Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya. Survey was used as the method of data collection in this research. Type of sample used was total sampling where all population became the research sample. Research population was 98 students of year X and XI of Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya, in which there were only 94 returning the questionnaire as one of the research instruments. Pearson Product Moment and multiple correlational regression technics were used with the assistance of SPSS 16.0 for windows software as the analysis tool. The results showed that there were significant influences of instructional leadership, teachers professionality and students discipline towards the learning achievements of year X and XI students of Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya thus confirmed positively the previous researches. Regarding the results of this research, school management has to be able to maintain and then continue improving factors related with instructional leadership, teachers professionality and students discipline in order to be able to increase students learning achievements of Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya
