Abstract

Pendidikan diwujudkan dengan proses pembelajaran yang aktif dengan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Keaktifan belajar peserta didik dapat dilihat dalam aktivitas pembelajaran melalui penerapan metode yang digunakan guru saat mengajar. Respons peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, terutama interaksi dengan guru terkait materi yang dipelajari sangat penting. Tanpa respons aktif peserta didik yang menunjukkan keterlibatannya dalam pembelajaran, pembelajaran dikatakan pasif. Keaktifan belajar ditemukan sebagai masalah dengan indikasi respons dan keterlibatan peserta didik yang rendah dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis keaktifan belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan metode praktikum pada pembelajaran sains kelas VIII. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan triangulasi data portofolio PPL 2. Pendidikan yang mulai mengarah pada pengembangan yang berpusat pada peserta didik dalam hal ini mendorong keaktifan belajar mengarah pada semangat humanis. Dengan demikian, perlu disadari bahwa keaktifan belajar penting sebagai respons terhadap Allah yang sudah menciptakan manusia sebagai gambar-Nya untuk bertanggung jawab kepada-Nya dalam mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawab melalui proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian penerapan metode praktikum dalam pembelajaran sains mengindikasikan keaktifan belajar peserta didik yang baik pada indikator mengajukan/menjawab pertanyaan, mencatat, mengerjakan dan mengumpulkan tugas, serta bersemangat mengikuti pembelajaran. Disarankan adanya analisis kuantitatif terhadap pelaksanaan praktikum yang diambil berdasarkan evaluasi peserta didik./ Education is realized by an active learning process with the involvement of students in learning. The active learning of students can be seen in learning activities through the application of the methods used by teachers when teaching. The response of learners in learning, especially interaction with the teacher regarding the material being studied is very important. Without the active response of the learner indicating his involvement in learning, the learning is said to be passive. Learning activity was found to be a problem with indications of low learner response and involvement in learning. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the learning activity of students through the application of the practicum method to class VIII science learning. The research was analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method by triangulation of PPL portfolio data 2. Education that begins to lead to learner-centered development in this case encourages the activeness of learning leads to a humanist spirit. Thus, it is necessary to realize that active learning is important in response to God who has created man as His image to be responsible to Him in carrying out tasks and responsibilities through the learning process. The results of research on the application of practicum methods in science learning indicate good learning activity of students on indicators of asking answering questions, taking notes, working and collecting the assignments, and being enthusiastic about participating in learning. It is recommended that there is a quantitative analysis of the implementation of the practicum taken based on the evaluation of students.
