Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan Kristen. Motivasi belajar adalah suatu dorongan yang berasal dari dalam diri murid, dan yang membuat murid dapat mencapai target pembelajaran. Yesus sendiri telah memberi teladan dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar murid-murid-Nya. Seorang guru Kristen juga berkewajiban untuk membangkitkan motivasi belajar murid-murid sesuai teladan yang Yesus telah lakukan. Pada kenyataanya, masih ada guru Kristen yang kurang mampu dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar murid. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manfaat brainstorming dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar murid. Penulis akan menggunakan metode kajian literatur. Berdasarkan kajian dan pembahasannya mununjukkan bahwa metode brainstorming sangat bermanfaat dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar murid. Di sini penulis menyarankan kepada guru pemula untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memotivasi belajar murid yang salah satunya adalah melalui metode brainstorming. / Learning motivation is a very important aspect in Christian education. Learning motivation is an impulse that comes from within a student, and that makes students able to achieve learning targets. Jesus Himself set an example in arousing the learning motivation of His students. A Christian teacher is also obliged to arouse students' motivation to learn according to the example Jesus has set. In fact, there are still Christian teachers who are less able to generate student motivation. This qualitative research aims to explain the benefits of brainstorming in arousing student motivation. The author will use the literature review method. Based on the study and discussion shows that the brainstorming method is very useful in arousing student learning motivation. Here the author suggests that novice teachers improve their ability to motivate student learning, one of which is through the method of brainstorming.
