Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing to note so that the company continues to produce the best. human resources will also improve the company's image. In this pandemic era, PD. Duta Prima Sportindo experienced several difficulties while running the company, leaders who did not provide direction, decreased motivation and satisfaction in working for employees thereby reducing employee performance. Therefore, to maintain good employee performance, this study will discuss the effects that influence it such as leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The data collection technique of this research was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by distributing questionnaires to all PD. Duta Prima Sportindo employees, with the total of 42 people. This research will then be analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, indirect leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. And through job satisfaction, indirect work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PD. Duta Prima Sportindo. The recommendation for this study is that companies must pay attention to company leaders so that they remain firm and clear in giving directions, while work motivation is increased through rewarding employees' efforts and also employee job satisfaction can be increased by building a comfortable work environment and supporting facilities. / Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan agar perusahaan terus menghasilkan yang terbaik. Sumber daya manusia yang teratur juga akan meningkatkan citra perusahaan. Di era pandemi ini, PD. Duta Prima Sportindo mengalami beberapa kesulitan selama menjalankan perusahaan, pimpinan yang kurang memberikan arahan, penurunan motivasi dan kepuasan dalam bekerja karyawan sehingga menurunkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempertahankan kinerja karyawan yang baik, maka penelitian ini akan membahas efek yang mempengaruhinya seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, and kepuasan dalam bekerja. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PD. Duta Prima Sportindo yang berjumlah 42 orang. Penelitian ini selanjutnya akan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan melalui kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PD. Duta Prima Sportindo. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian ini adalah perusahaan harus memberikan perhatian kepada pimpinan perusahaan agar tetap tegas dan jelas dalam memberikan arahan, sedangkan motivasi kerja ditingkatkan melalui pemberian penghargaan terhadap usaha karyawan dan juga kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan dengan membangun lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan fasilitas yang mendukung.
