Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti perusahaan XYZ Jakarta yang merupakan perusahaan Persero yang bergerak dibidang penyedia solusi teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis 1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi karyawan, 3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi karyawan, 5) Pengaruh motivasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada PT XYZ Jakarta adalah penurunan pendapatan di tahun 2021 yang didukung oleh data turnover yang tinggi serta hasil diskusi dengan Direktur PT XYZ Jakarta sehingga disimpulkan bahwa adanya indikasi penurunan kinerja karyawan yang menjadi sebab akan fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di PT XYZ Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode sensus yang diterapkan pada karyawan PT XYZ Jakarta sebagai responden penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data skala likert yang berarti intervalnya 1-5. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) dan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh dari responden melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi karyawan, dan motivasi karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini berguna untuk dijadikan sumber saran dan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan dijadikan referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya./This study examines the company XYZ Jakarta, which is a Persero company engaged in providing information technology solutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) The influence of the work environment on employee performance, 2) The influence of the work environment on employee motivation, 3) The influence of leadership on employee performance, 4) The influence of leadership on employee motivation, 5) The influence of employee motivation on employee performance. The phenomenon that occurs at PT XYZ Jakarta is the decline in revenue in 2021 which is supported by high turnover data and the results of discussions with the Director of PT XYZ Jakarta so that it is concluded that there is an indication of a decrease in employee performance which is the cause of this phenomenon. This research is quantitative research conducted at PT XYZ Jakarta using the census method which is applied to all employees of PT XYZ Jakarta as research respondents. This research was conducted using a Likert scale data collection method, which means the interval is 1-5. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) and uses the Smart-PLS 3.0, an application to process data obtained from respondents via google form. The results of this study are the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee motivation, leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, leadership has a positive effect on employee motivation, and employee motivation has an effect on employee performance. This research is useful as a source of advice and consideration to improve employee performance and be used as a reference for further researchers.
