Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of human resource dimensions in affecting employee performance as crucial development for the company. During the recent pandemic era, companies are facing instability in the industry. One of the crucial components of a company lies in its own human resource. Adapting to such a new environment requires a new set of skills. The human resource dimensions mentioned are training, delegating leadership, workplace environment and employee motivation. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with 175 respondents using Partial Least Square and Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and collected via questionnaire spread within the company. This study shows that the Employee Performance variables, which are examined through questionnaires and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS-SEM, have a direct influence on employee performance. The result shows that training, delegating leadership, and motivation have no effect on the company’s employee performance. On the other hand, workplace environment and compensation have an effect on the company performance. Thus, the company may need to upgrade its recruitment filter just to employ the right employee for the right job. Additionally, to maintain its current workplace environment and compensation towards the employee. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dan efektivitas dimensi-dimensi sumber daya manusia dalam mempengaruhi performa kinerja karyawan sebagai kunci pegembangan perusahaan. Selama era pandemi yang baru terjadi, perusahaan menghadapi guncangan dan ketidakstabilan dalam industri mereka. Salah satu komponen yang kritikal dalam berjalannya suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada. Beradaptasi dan mengikuti perubahaan tersebut memerlukan keahlian dan keterampilan yang baru. Dimensi-dimensi sumber daya manusia tersebut adalah pelatihan, kepemimpinan delegasi, lingkungan tempat bekerja dan motivasi karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak total 175 orang menggunakan Partial Least Square dan Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan dikumpulkan via kuesioner yang disebar di lingkungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan, kepemimpinan delegasi, lingkungan tempat bekerja dan motivasi karyawan yang diteliti melalui kuesioner dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS-SEM, memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap performa kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian, menunjukan bahwa pelatihan, kepemimpinan delegasi, dan motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Akan tetapi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kinerja karyawan diperusahaan tersebut. Maka dari itu, perusahan diharapkan dapat melakukan pengrekrutan karyawan yang tepat untuk pekerjaannya. Perusahaan juga diharapkan untuk menjaga dari aspek lingkungan tempat bekerja dan kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan.
