Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama dalam organisasi, karena kontribusi darinya menjadi peranan penting yang dapat mencerminkan pencapaian organisasi. Dengan begitu maka diperlukannya proses pengelolaan SDM agar tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai didukung dengan tingkat prestasi kerja yang tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti apakah kedisiplinan, kemampuan kerja, dan profesionalisme dapat memengaruhi prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini didasari oleh keingintahuan penulis akan faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi prestasi kerja di organisasi pemerintahan khususnya salah satu satuan kerja Instansi XYZ yang memiliki 228 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Satuan kerja ini didominasi pegawai dengan masa kerja yang tergolong lama serta ditemukannya fenomena penurunan prestasi kerja yang terjadi di periode 1 dan 2 pada tahun 2021. Sehingga dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan membantu menemukan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi prestasi kerja secara signifikan. Kuesioner digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data, didapatkan sebanyak 163 responden untuk dilakukan proses pengukuran menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan kemampuan kerja dapat memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja. Sedangkan profesionalisme tidak menunjukkan dapat memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja PNS sebagai subjek penelitian. / Human resources are the main asset in the organization, because their contribution plays an important role that can reflect the achievement of the organization. That way, the HR management process is needed so that organizational goals can be achieved supported by a high level of work performance. In this study the authors examined whether discipline, work ability, and professionalism can affect work performance. This research is based on the author's curiosity about what factors affect work performance in government organizations, especially one of the work units within the XYZ agency which has 228 Civil Servants (PNS). This work unit is dominated by employees with a relatively long tenure and there is a phenomenon of decreased job performance that occurred in periods 1 and 2 in 2021. So that this research is expected to help find factors that can significantly affect work performance. The questionnaire was used in the data collection process, 163 respondents were obtained to carry out the measurement process using SmartPLS software. The results obtained show that discipline and work ability can have a positive and significant effect on improving work performance. Meanwhile, professionalism does not show that it can have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of civil servants as research subjects.
