Abstract
Everyone in business knows that technological advancements are causing every organization to grow rapidly these days. Competition among companies has intensified in the modern era as they strive to achieve the best potential results.
Incentive schemes, working environment, and motivation play crucial part in enhance the employee productivity level to produce good quality work.
The data for this study was obtained using an online survey by Microsoft Form platform to share the questionnaire to 95 respondents who are employees in PT Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. This study uses simple random sampling, then tested using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multilinear regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test using SPSS application.
The result of each hypothesis using t-test and f-test show that hypothesis 1 and 2 are not accepted where incentive schemes and working environment are not partially influence the employee productivity and the hypothesis 3 and 4 are
accepted which motivation partially influence the employee productivity and all the three variables are simultaneously influence the employee productivity.
Therefore, company can give proper incentive based on their performance and welfare, provide safety and training to improve employees’ capabilities. Conduct meeting in a week to monitor employee's progress to enhance their motivation. With this the employee's productivity rate will increase and produce good quality of work. / Setiap orang dalam bisnis tahu bahwa kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan setiap organisasi berkembang pesat akhir-akhir ini. Persaingan antar perusahaan semakin intensif di era modern saat mereka berusaha untuk mencapai potensi hasil terbaik. Skema insentif, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas karyawan untuk menghasilkan kualitas kerja yang baik.
Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan survei online dengan platform microsoft form untuk membagikan kuesioner kepada 95 responden yang merupakan karyawan di PT Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling, kemudian diuji dengan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.
Hasil dari masing-masing hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji-f menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1 dan 2 tidak diterima dimana skema insentif dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan hipotesis 3 dan 4 diterima dimana motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. dan ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dapat memberikan insentif yang tepat berdasarkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan mereka, memberikan keselamatan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan. Melakukan pertemuan dalam seminggu untuk memantau kemajuan karyawan untuk meningkatkan motivasi mereka. Dengan ini tingkat produktivitas karyawan akan meningkat dan menghasilkan kualitas kerja yang baik.
