Abstract
Perilaku seseorang memberikan pengaruh terhadap segala yang mereka kerjakan. Secara khusus perilaku disiplin belajar memberikan pengaruh terhadap berlangsungnya pembelajaran. Pada pelaksanaan observasi, ditemukan tindakan tidak disiplin belajar siswa di kelas 12 pada salah satu sekolah di Tangerang Selatan. Ketidakdisiplinan siswa terlihat dari tindakan penggunaan waktu dan perilaku yang ditunjukkan siswa saat proses pembelajaran. Dari masalah yang ditemukan,
penyelesaian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menerapkan tata tertib dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan tata tertib dalam membentuk karakter disiplin belajar siswa di dalam kelas. Metode yang digunakan
adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam membentuk disiplin belajar siswa memerlukan peran seorang guru yang memiliki spiritualitas baik sehingga dapat menjadi teladan dalam hal disiplin. Untuk dapat membentuk disiplin belajar siswa dalam
pembelajaran, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan tata tertib agar siswa terbiasa melakukan setiap aturan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tata tertib dapat membentuk disiplin belajar. Aspek yang menjadi acuan penilaian adalah respons siswa dalam menaati tata tertib. Dari hasil yang ditemukan, maka penulis menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan tata tertib dapat digunakan untuk membentuk disiplin belajar siswa. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru Kristen harus terus memperhatikan perilaku disiplin belajar dan terus membiasakan dengan menerapkan tata tertib yang secara konsisten sehingga memperoleh hasil yang maksimal / A person's behavior influences everything they do. Disciplined learning behavior has an influence on the progress of learning. During the observation, it was discovered that students were not disciplined in learning in class 12 at one of the schools in South Tangerang. Student indiscipline can be seen from the actions used by students and the behavior shown by students during the learning process. From the problems found, the solution used is to apply rules and regulations in learning. This research aims to examine the application of rules and regulations in shaping students' disciplined learning character in the classroom. The method used is descriptive qualitative. In forming learning discipline, students need the role of a teacher who has good spirituality so that they can be role models in terms of discipline. To be able to form student learning discipline in learning, the author tries to apply rules so that students get used to following each rule. The research results show that the application of rules and regulations can form learning discipline. The aspect that is used as a reference for assessment is the student's response in obeying the rules. From the results found, the author concludes that the application of rules and regulations can be used to form student learning discipline. The advice given is that Christian teachers must continue to pay attention to disciplined learning behavior and continue to get used to applying the rules consistently to obtain maximum results
