Abstract

Keterampilan kolaborasi merupakan keterampilan bekerja bersama secara efektif dalam membuat keputusan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Keterampilan kolaborasi juga berhubungan dengan tujuan pendidikan Kristen dalam menolong siswa menggenapi tiga mandat dari Allah yaitu mandat budaya, hukum kasih, dan amanat agung yang dapat terealisasi melalui pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan pengamatan saat praktikum PPL 2, ditemukan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas XII masih rendah. Ketika siswa praktikum dan diskusi kelompok, siswa tidak berkontribusi aktif, tidak menghargai pendapat teman, menolak teman ketika meminta bantuan, tidak memberikan pendapat dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas tugas kelompok. Guru Kristen yang berperan penting dalam menolong siswa dapat mengupayakan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Salah satunya melalui penerapan metode yang tepat. Maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode STAD berbantuan peer assessment untuk mengupayakan keterampilan kolaborasi menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menerapkan metode STAD berbantuan peer assessment dengan cara menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan motivasi dan memanfaatkan peer assessment, menyampaikan materi dengan power point, membentuk kelompok yang heterogen, memberikan kesempatan berdiskusi dan siswa diminta untuk mengisi peer assessment hingga kegiatan kelompok selesai, siswa mempresentasikan dan peneliti sebagai moderator, siswa mengikuti kuis individu dan peneliti menyimpulkan pembelajaran, memberikan penghargaan dan motivasi. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran kolaboratif lainnya dan menerapkan penilaian yang lain seperti self assessment dalam mengukur keterampilan kolaborasi./Collaboration skills are the skills of working together effectively in making decisions to achieve common goals. Collaboration skills are also related to the goal of Christian education in helping students fulfill the three mandates from God, namely the cultural mandate, the law of love, and the great commission which can be realized through learning. However, based on observations during the PPL 2 practicum, it was found that the collaboration skills of class XII students were still low. When students do practicum and group discussions, students do not contribute actively, do not respect friends' opinions, refuse friends when asking for help, do not give opinions when working on worksheets and just sit and walk around during practicum. Christian teachers who play an important role in helping students can work on students' collaboration skills. One way is through applying the right method. So this research uses the STAD method assisted by peer assessment to develop collaboration skills using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the research show that the researcher applied the STAD method assisted by peer assessment by conveying learning objectives and motivation and utilizing peer assessment, delivering material using power points, forming heterogeneous groups, providing opportunities for discussion and students were asked to complete the peer assessment until the group activity was completed, students presenting and the researcher as moderator, students take individual quizzes and the researcher concludes the learning, provides awards and motivation. Suggestions for future researchers are to develop other collaborative learning methods and apply other assessments such as self-assessment in measuring collaboration skills.
