Abstract
Kemajuan pada bidang teknologi menjadikan sebagian besar pemasar memanfaatkan penggunaan media online atau ecommerce sebagai pilihannya dalam menjangkau konsumen potensialnya. Proses pembelian dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan bantuan teknologi informasi dalam perkembangan zaman sehingga menciptakan efisiensi dalam proses transaksinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari efficiency, order management, customer service, personalization, trust, product description, product presentation, entertainment value, application appearance, e-satisfaction dan e-loyalty pada pelanggan aplikasi Zalora di Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi oleh aplikasi Zalora untuk mempertimbangkan variabel- variabel yang ada sebagai kunci utama dalam mendapatkan e-loyalty. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat kausal dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan metode purposive sampling kepada 160 responden dengan karakteristik responden yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan, dengan batasan usia 18 - 60 tahun, responden berdomisili di Kota Surabaya yang mengetahui informasi promosi pada aplikasi Zalora Indonesia dan memiliki aplikasi zalora pada ponsel pribadi serta pernah melakukan pembelian melalui aplikasi Zalora minimal 2 kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan menggunakan google form yang akan dibagikan kepada pelanggan aplikasi Zalora di Surabaya. / Advances in technology have made most marketers utilize online media or e-commerce as their choice in reaching potential consumers. The purchasing process can be carried out anywhere and at any time with the help of information technology in modern developments, thereby creating efficiency in the transaction process. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of efficiency, order management, customer service, personalization, trust, product description, product presentation, entertainment value, application appearance, e-satisfaction and e- loyalty on Zalora application customers in Surabaya. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as reference material for the Zalora application to consider existing variables as the main key in obtaining e-loyalty. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method that is causal in nature and processed using the SPSS version 22.0 program. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the purposive sampling method to 160 respondents with the characteristics of the respondents being male and female, with an age limit of 18 - 60 years, respondents domiciled in the city of Surabaya who know promotional information on the Zalora Indonesia application and have the Zalora application on their cellphone. personally and have made purchases through the Zalora application at least 2 times in the last 6 months. In this research, researchers will use a Google form which will be distributed to Zalora application customers in Surabaya.
