Latar Belakang : Kanker payudara merupakan penyakit pertumbuhan jaringan tumor pada payudara yang tidak terkontrol. Pada tahun 2020, sekitar 2,26 juta kasus baru di dunia , dan 68.858 kasus di Indonesia. Kanker payudara terjadi akibat terjadinya mutasi Gen, salah satunya adalah Gen BRCA1 dan BRCA2, yang dipengaruhi oleh paparan esterogen. Kanker payudara dapat dikaitkan dengan faktor resiko dari wanita yang mengalami menarki dini. Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara menstruasi dini terhadap umur terdiagnosisnya kanker payudara. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis dari RS Siloam Lippo Village. Data kemudian akan dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil Penelitian : Pasien dengan usia menarche < 12 tahun terjadi kanker payudara pada usia muda sebanyak 10 wanita ( 53.3%) kanker payudara usia tua sebanyak 7 wanita ( 28%) dan pasien dengan usia menarche > 12 tahun terjadi kanker payudara usia muda sebanyak 2 wanita (16.6%) kanker payudara usia tua sebanyak 18 wanita ( 72%). Menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia pertama kali Natasha Huwaida (01071200146) menstruasi dengan usia pertama kali terdiagnosis kanker payudara dikarenakan terdapat angka P value yaitu 0.005 ( P > 0.05), wanita dengan usia mentruasi pertama kali < 12 tahun memiliki resiko lebih tinggi terkena kanker payudara di usia muda dibandingkan dengan wanita yang mengalami usia mentruasi pertama kali > 12 tahun. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara usia pertama kali menstruasi dengan usia pertama kali terdiagnosis kanker payudara. / Background: Breast cancer can be defined as a disease wherein there is an uncontrollable tumour cell growth inside the female breast. In 2020, it was found that there were 2.26 million new cases globally, and 68.858 cases in Indonesia. This type of cancer may occur when there is a genetic mutation, such as the BRCA1 and BRCA2 Genes, which happens through oestrogen exposure. It is argued that breast cancer may have a causality with women who experienced Precocious puberty, specifically early menarche. Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe and identify the ways early onset of menstruation may concern the detection period of breast cancer. Research Methods: This research will use secondary data in the form of medical records that will be derived from Siloam Lippo Village Hospital. Furthermore, this study will be conducted with bivariate analysis, wherein the data will be processed through Chi Square tests using SPSS version 26.0. Result : Patients with menarche age < 12 years old have breast cancer at a young age of 10 women (53.3%) elderly breast cancer as many as 7 women (28%) and patients with menarche age > 12 years have young breast cancer as many as 2 women (16.6%) old breast cancer as 18 women (72%). Stating that there is a significant relationship between the age of the first menstruation and the age of first being diagnosed with breast cancer because there is a P value of 0.005 (P > 0.05), women with the age of first mentruation < 12 years have a higher risk of developing breast cancer at a young age compared to women who experience the age of first menstruation > 12 years. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the age of first menstruation and the age of first diagnosis of breast cancer.
